Stage 5: Messejana – Fornalhas Velhas – Vandalized signage

After Monte do Serro, the signs are vandalized until the village of Torre Vã.
Follow the instructions below:

1. After Monte do Serro, the road splits. Turn left.

Photo 1 – At the bottom of the image there is a road fork with a large stone. Turn left. On the electric pole with the number “2” there is also a direction arrow with the indication on the left.

Photo 2 – Large stone. At this point follow the path on the left.

2. Pass the irrigation channel, close the metal gate and go straight ahead.

Photo 3 – Cross the irrigation channel and go straight ahead. Close the metal gate.

Photo 4 – After passing the irrigation channel, go straight ahead. Close the metal gate.

3. Keep straight ahead on the main path, with fence on both sides.

Photo 5 – The main path has a fence on both sides.

4. Go through the tunnel under the IC1. Go straight ahead to the metal gate.

Photo 6 – Go through the tunnel and continue straight ahead. You will see the vandalized signage.

5. Keep straight ahead on the main path, with a fence on both sides.

Photo 7 – Continue along the main path with a fence on both sides.

6. Upon reaching the village of Torre Vã, go straight ahead and close the metal gate.

Photo 8 – Arrival at Torre Vã village. Close the metal gate andgo straight ahead.
